Mean Cell Shape Analysis

The elastic metrics (SKJJ2010) implemented in Geomstats provide a way to analyze and compare biological cell shapes. Their associated geodesics and geodesic distances provide a natural framework for optimally matching, deforming, and comparing cell shapes.
